    our k1 denied bcoz we did married in beneficiary country and filed the petition of fiance and at interview denied the visa we did not know the counsolar office checked first we did at the time of filing k1 we were fiance and according to islamic law our lawyer registered the nikah into marriage and the sttsus of srelaionship turned into married we nned a guidenace plzz
    I ask questions!

    Since the two of you is already married, you are no longer eligible for a K1 Fiance Visa but instead you are very legible for a Spousal Visa. So, you have to start all over again and apply for a Spousal Visa for you to be able to bring your spouse to the United States.
